The International Programme Committee (IPS) gathered 48 ICT experts from industry and academy from 18 countries, giving the truly international dimension to a review process. The conference provided a venue for ICT researchers and practitioners from all over the world to present their research results and development activities, to exchange experiences and new ideas, and to establish the relationships for a future collaboration.
